“I did my graduation in 2004. I started my career as a dialysis technician in Navneet Hospital, Dahisar after a informal training in hospital for 5 years. But wherever I approach reputed Hospitals for the job, nobody recognizes without a proper certification. I shifted my job to Surana Hospital, Malad. I tried many places to have formal training of Dialysis Technician with Government recognition for many years, but at last I came to know about LMTI in 2015, which started Government recognized Paramedical Courses. I have undergone systematic well planned training at Institute and Fortis Hospital Mulund. Now I got a recognitision as a Qualified Technician by Certification from State Government. Today I’m the Incharge of four Kidney Care Centre Namely, Raunak Dialysis Centre (Mira Road), Namaha Health Care Hospital (Kandivali), Zenith Hospital (Malad), Rushabh Diagnostics & Dialysis Centre (Malad). My monthly earning is more than Rs 1.00 Lakh., I’m also Appointed expert faculty at LMTI during 2017-18. I thanks LMTI for giving me and other my colleagues an apportunity to get a recognisation as a Qualified Technician. ”

“I am Apurva Mungekar passed out in 2013. My father died when I was very young and my mother worked in nearby school as a peon. Her salary of Rs.3000 was not enough to care of me and my elder sister. I did my schooling from govt. school and after 10th LMTI and met with principal. That was the visit which changed my life . I am very thankful to LMTI for making me what I am today. I am currently working In Design & CAD cell in L&T. After working here, I realise that how different is LMTI when it comes to modern technologies. It took me hardly any time to get acquainted with the company culture and I was the first one to get promotion In L&T . Last year in 2014, I joined Scoosa India Ltd. as Sr. Auto Cad Designer with monthly salary of Rs.24000 .It is all because of kind of training and care we get from LMTI. ”

“I am Sagar kashinath Pendpale. I was born in a very poor family in Jogeshwari my father experied when I was in 9th standard and my mother started working as a security guard in shopping mall on a monthly salary of Rs. 7000. I completed my SSC. in 2008 with 70% and I have also completed my HSC. with 52% in science 2010. I got the admission in LMTI in electronic mechanic trade but unable to pay the full fee as I was not having money. I shared with Principal and he helped me a lot morally and financially. I am also thankful to the faculty for helping me and due to hard work and learning from LMTI, I scored the 89% in Electronics and selected for apprenticeship in Super Tech.Infra Ltd. I also stood first in All India level Skill competition and was rewarded with Rs.50, 000 and certificate of merit by Govt. of India. I gained not only my education, but also the golden characters, which I need for a better future. Every one appreciates me for my good behavior, helping nature and my respect and politeness towards others.
Now I am very happy and thankful to LMTI for providing me the support, guidance and mentorship.
I’m earning Rs. 40,000/- Per month. ”

- Sagar Pendpale

“I am Manoj N. Suryawanshi. I am living in Lakshmi Nagar, Near Water tank, Nagar Road, Perne Phata, Tq. Haveli, Dist. Pune. After SSC I had taken 2 years of gap. In 2006 I joined LMTI in Electronics Mechanic trade. After ITI I have completed apprenticeship in  L&T Powai. And in same year I had appeared All India Trade Skill Competition 2008 and secured 1^st rank on district and state level. In 2009 I joined SBMP Engineering college for Digital Electronic Diploma And passed out in 2011. And as mentioned above in 2011 I was selected in campus by Blue Star Ltd. Today I have a very happy family and also constructing our dream home this year. I have joined Blue Star Ltd. on 8^th July 2011 through campus. I was joined as Customer Service Executive on M1 level. In 2014 I was transferred to Pune. In 2015 I was promoted as Senior Executive on M2 level. I am handling commissioning and service support for VRV/VRF, scroll/screw chiller, process chiller, precision MVRF and HWG products.
Secured 1^st rank in “All India Trade Skill Competition Exam 2008” district and state level.
Currently I am drawing Rs. 30,000 per month and I owe my success to LMTI.”
